If you would like to make a return don’t spend time worrying — we stand behind every piece we produce and will assist in any return you would like to make. 

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

  1. Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form , print it off and enclose it with the goods you wish to return.
  2. Place your straps(s) with tags and original box/packaging and send them back to us.
  3. Find an appropriate nearby Post Office or UPS store location and drop off your package.
  4. Once we receive your package, a refund or exchange will be processed within seven business days (we’ll email you a confirmation once this is complete).
  •   Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. (Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account).
  •   If you decide to return your order, please note that shipping fees are NOT refundable.
  •   Damaged or worn items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
  •   We must receive the product within 14 days of the delivery date.
  •   Shipping costs on all orders are the responsibility of the customer.
